This 19th century cottage is situated in the village Gustavsberg. It had a total renovation 2007-2009, obtaining a high all-year-round standard in combination with the 19:th century spirit conserved.
Very close to the house there is a beautiful lake in the forest with clear water where you can swim and bath from the cliffs. Nature is just around the corner with a footpath around the lake and cycling trail out to the archipelago. Distance to sea beach is approx. 3 km.
The centre and harbour of Gustavsberg offer a new luxury public bathhouse, many good restaurants, cafés, museum and culture center, all within close walking distance.
There are very good bus communications to central Stockholm and also to other destinations at Värmdö. From the harbour you may like to go by boat to central Stockholm. During high season there are daily tours. Distance to Stockholm is only 23 km (about 20 minutes by bus or car to central Stockholm).
Upper floor; One bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds. The other bedroom has one junior bed 80x190 cm. Baby cot and extra junior bed (collapsible)available at request.
Bottom floor; Well equiped kitchen with all conveniences. In the living room there is a cosy heating stove, 22 inch TV with DVD (limited channel access) and a new comfortable bed sofa for 2 + one single bed 90*200cm.
