High class place by the sea. Four buildings, of which two are modern designed by architects (Pinchouse sport). Tastefully decorated. The property is built in an older unexploited summer cottage area with large lawns and rural character. The houses, joined by spacious patios, are built on a natural slope with a panorama view over the Bay of Återlöga. A few minutes walk to the private jetty with a small beach. In the area there are miles of hiking and biking trails, and in Strömma – at walking distance - a popular restaurant and bar by the canal. From Strömma there are boats going to the outer archipelago and to Stockholm.

House 1) 70 m2, 3,5 rooms. Spaciously living room with open fire. Kitchen and two bedrooms with one single bed each.
House 2) 24 m2, 1 bedrooms; master bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide). WC.
House 3) 25 m2 furnished 4-6 beds and a terrace facing the sea.
House 4) with hygiene facilities (WC, shower and sauna)

Stockholm is only 36 km (30 minutes) away by car/bus. Direct buses to Stockholm run frequently.

Obligatory departure cleaning service 1 000 SEK.

At request; bed linen rental (140 SEK p.p.) Pets on request +300SEK. Mooring on request.

From September 2013 - May 2014; 9 900SEK/week or weekend (Fri-Sun) 3 960 SEK for all houses.
