Marvellous location by the sea at charming Dalarö in the Stockholm archipelago. Totally renovated/rebuilt 19:th Century house with all modern conveniences as well as time-typical original details kept intact. Large windows and adorable sea view. Lavishly and tastefully decorated. New SPA 2011!

Large country kitchen with wood-fired stove, dining area in glass veranda, with a panoramic view of Jungfrufjärden (Virgin Bay) and Dalarö Ström. Spacious and beautiful sitting room on the entrance floor, TV-room in the basement level. Smaller sitting room on the first floor. In total there are 5 bedrooms, of which 4 are on the first floor.

There are several balconies and cosy patios with comfortable outdoor furniture, also a gas barbecue. Private jetty and small beach. Access to dinghy (can be used as rowing boat). Motor boat can possibly b rented at request from owner. Bicycles to borrow at request.

This cottage is situated in a calm and private area of the village Dalarö, yet very close to several restaurants, cafés, shops and local communications.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 45 km.

There are two rental houses on the property. A smaller house; ID 1564 The Sea Cottage, and this house (ID 1562). The houses have separate entrances from the road and each it’s own jetty. They can be rented out to separate parties without compromising on privacy, but the owners prefer to rent out both the houses to the same party if possible. The guests will then get a 30 % discount on the rental price of ID 1564.
Minimum rental period 2 weeks.

Obligatory departure cleaning service 1 500 SEK.
