Newly built guest cottage in the middle of idyllic village Skälsmara. Situated next to the owners house, but sheltered by greenery and with separate driveway and parking place.

The cottage has got one room with a bunk bed (good foam matresses) and a double sofabed sleeping 1-2 persons. Small kitchenette with two burners. Fully tiled bathroom with WC and shower.

Front porch with seating possibilities and out-door furniture in the garden. Barbecue.

Several lovely beaches at walking distance, both lake and sea. Forests for hiking as well as mushroom and berry picking. Close to bus stop, with local communications to grocery store, restaurants, shopping centre and Stockholm. At close distance by car, you'll find a golf course (36 holes), natural reserve with hiking trails, kayak rental, diving area, horseback riding, cultural centre et c.

Distance to Stockholm: 35 km (30 min by car).

This cottage can be rented by the week during weeks 25-35, other periods it can be rented by the day at request, price from 195 - 390 SEK/person/ night.

Departure cleaning service 300 SEK. Bed linen/towel (indoor use only) rental 140 SEK p.p.
Bicycles for rent: 2 mountainbikes for adults, price 150 SEK/day or 500 SEK/week.
Small motorboat with 6 h.p. motor: 700 SEK/ day or 2 500 SEK/week.
