In a lovely garden approx. 200 m from cliffs and sea, you’ll find this architect drawn modern house, tastefully decorated with an open design. Bright and airy, with lots of windows allowing for a maximal light influx and a good ceiling height. A well-planned and cosy house that sleeps many guests. Large natural garden with sea glimpse/view. Patios in several directions, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. At the shallow bay, you can bathe off the cliffs or from the bath ladder on the area organization jetty. Mooring can be arranged.

Spacious living room, soapstone fireplace with glass shutters. Dining area for 8-10 p, open in an angel to the kitchen. 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed & two with bunk beds (the lower beds are extra wide). 2 sleeping lofts with 2 mattresses/loft. Bathroom with shower and wash basin. Biological toilet in separate building

Summer guests park their cars at the Stavsnäs Winter harbour on the mainland. There’s a taxi company at Runmarö. The island has got beautiful meandering gravel roads, perfect for walking and bike rides. 2 old bicycles can be borrowed from the owner, there’s also a bicycle rental by the grocery store. Runmarö is a cultural historically interesting area with lovely natural surroundings, lakes to bathe in, mushrooms and berries to pick in the forests. There are ferries to Stockholm as well as further out in the archipelago, for instance to Sandhamn or Nämdö. 4 km to well-assorted country food store, bicycle rental, bakery/café and the ferry jetty.

Ferry to the mainland (Stavsnäs harbour) takes only 10 minutes, approx. 4-5 departure per day during low season.

Distance to Stockholm: 4 km to the ferry jetty, 10 min ferry ride + approx. 40 min by car or bus. The bus schedule is mostly adapted to the ferry schedule.
