The house has got a well-planned design with all the year round standard. Well-equipped kitchen, open to living room. Dining area with sea view. Comfortable bed sofa, open fireplace. Bedroom with 2 beds. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. Exit to seaside patio with out-door furniture and barbecue.

The house has an entrance ramp and is suitabel for disabled persons.

Lovely surroundings, area of culture-historic value. Walking distance to grocery store, bakery and several restaurants. Close to mini-golf, tennis court and canoe rental.

You can rent a motorboat from the owner with skipper/guide for short excurisons to the archipelago. Price according to agreement with house owner.

Also at reguest; Bed linen/towel rental 120 SEK per person, Departure cleaning service 500 SEK.
