The living room, with the open fire place in the middle, is open to a lounge half a flight of stairs up. There you'll find a large dining area. Modern, well-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed. Two more bedrooms; one with a single bed and one with a bunk bed. Two tiled bathrooms with WC, shower and bath tub. On the second floor there's a game room with TV, video games, DVD, table tennis, exercise equippment et c. The adjacent room is an office with a single bed.

Access to sauna house with panoramic windows and a patio facing the lake. Out-door furniture. Jetty below the house (jetty shared with neighbour). Childfriendly sand beach in sea bay 200 m from the house.

Betsede is an old cottage area where charm and rural character with beutiful surroundings, woods and walking paths have been preserved. In Gustavsberg harbour (3 km) there's shops, art galleries, craft studios, museum and tourist information as well as pleasant cafés and restaurants.Distance to Stockholm 26 km.
