Lovely house, beautifully situated by the sea at Bredvik Bay. Private jetty and sauna by the sea. House fully equipped, comfortable and stylishly decorated with marine theme. Panoramic windows with dashing sea view.

Main house 68 m2 with beautiful living room, fireplace, large well-equipped kitchen, dining area in glassed-in veranda, two bedrooms (children’s rooms), bathroom and a large furnished loft with a double bed. The guest cottage (approx. 30 m2) has got simple standard and sleeps 4 persons in bunk beds.

Several nice patios facing the sea, comfortable out-door furniture and sun chairs. Paved patio facing the garden with the large lawn where there’s lots of toys for children; play house, pirate ship, slide and more.

Private large jetty and seaside sauna. Rowing boat included, 2 kayaks to rent at request (1 000 SEK/week).

Distance to Stockholm approx. 35 km.
Good local communications. Maximum 8 guests.

Obligatory final cleaning: 1 000 SEK.
